Setting up your Outlook Explore couldn’t be easier, just follow these steps:

Get in touch with our Bookings Team who will be happy to answer any of your questions, talk you through the process and get things kickstarted for you.
Once you have decided on your destination and itinerary, we will send you a welcome pack to help you get your trip launched to your students. It will contain:

When you provisionally book your trip with us we will agree a deposit deadline date for you to collect cheques off of your students.
Once your trip is provisionally booked you will be allocated a dedicated Account Manager who will become your one point of contact. They will contact you a few days before your deposit due date to see how things are going.
Your Account Manager will then be available for you to call at any time during the lead up to your trip.
